MyPrivateLane provides a software platform for private transportation operators to manage dispatch, pricing, compliance, and invoicing operations.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer information, or operational records.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPrivateLane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
