Getting Started
Everything you need to go from sign-up to your first completed trip.
Create Your Account

Visit the sign-up page
Go to
/signup and enter your name, email address, and a strong password.2
Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification code. Enter it on the confirmation screen to activate your account.

Sign in
Head to
/login and sign in with your new credentials. You will be taken straight into the onboarding wizard.Tip
You can also sign up from the homepage by clicking "Get Started" in the top navigation.
Onboarding Wizard
After your first sign-in you will see a six-step setup wizard. Each step can be completed now or skipped and revisited later from /settings.

Company Profile
Enter your company name, timezone, and preferred currency. These appear on invoices and booking confirmations.

Vehicle Classes
Define the types of vehicles you operate (e.g. Sedan, SUV, Sprinter). Set the base rate, per-mile rate, and passenger capacity for each class.

Pricing
Configure your default tax rate, minimum fare, and cancellation fee. These defaults apply to all new bookings.

Compliance
Provide an email address for compliance alerts. Optionally enable SMS alerts so you never miss an expiring license or insurance document.

Team
Invite your first dispatcher and driver. Enter their name, email, and phone number. They will receive an invitation to join your workspace.

First Vehicle
Add your first vehicle with its make, model, year, license plate, color, and vehicle class. You can add more vehicles later from the Fleet section.
Info
You can skip any step and come back to it later. The wizard remembers your progress.
Your First Booking

Open the Bookings page
Navigate to
/bookings from the sidebar under Operations.2
Click 'New Booking'
Use the Create button in the header or the action button on the Bookings page. Fill in the passenger name, pickup/drop-off addresses, date, time, and vehicle class.

Confirm and dispatch
Once the booking is created it appears with a NEW status. Confirm it, then head to the
/dispatch board to assign a driver and vehicle.Tip
Use the keyboard shortcut ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) to open the Command Palette and quickly create bookings, add drivers, or search anything.
